Registration
All participants, including speakers, must register for an individual conference or the entire ALGO week at the rates listed below. All prices are given in EURO.

For each paper presented at ALGO, at least one author must be registered for the respective conference where the paper is presented.
During the registration one can register for one of six conferences or the entire ALGO symposium.
There is no need to register for two conferences held in parallel. All scientific and technical events are open for each day one is registered for.
Travel and accommodation are not included in the fee. Please see the accommodation page for possible hotel options.
Students
The student status is reserved for students without complete PhD or equivalent degree. If you register as student, you will have to upload a copy of your student ID (or alternative verification) at the end of the registration process.
Publication Fees
The fees for ESA, IPEC and ATMOS (as well as ALGO itself) include open access publication fees.
EATCS Membership
ALGO and ESA are organized in cooperation with the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS). Participants of ESA and ALGO are required to be members of EATCS.
Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel your registration, we can refund 85% of the fees until August 8, 2019. Between August 9 and August 31, 2019 we can refund 50% of the fees. Starting September 1, 2019 there is no refund.

Extra Tickets
In case you register for a conference not including the Banquet (Tuesday) or the Dinner (Thursday), or you need an extra ticket for an accompanying person, you can purchase a ticket separately. This can be done starting August 8, 2019 because there is a limited number of seats in the restaurants and we then have a better overview of the expected number of participants.
